Welcome to Sukoon Properties (“Sukoon Properties”, “we”, “us”). By using sukoon.sy and creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. What Sukoon Properties is
Sukoon Properties is an online platform that lets owners and authorised agents list real estate in Syria, and lets buyers and tenants discover those listings. We are a listings and introductions platform. We are not a real estate broker, agent, valuer, or a party to any sale, lease, or transaction between users.
2. Your account
Accounts use passwordless sign-in: we email a one-time code to verify you. Keep access to your email secure, and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
3. Listing a property
When you submit a property you confirm that you own it or are authorised to list it, and that the information and images you provide are accurate and lawful. Every submission is reviewed by our team before it is published, and we may edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion. Review does not guarantee the accuracy, legal status, or availability of a property.
4. Listings are user-submitted
Listings are provided by users. While we review submissions, we cannot independently guarantee ownership, title, pricing, condition, or any other detail. Always carry out your own due diligence, verify ownership through the Real Estate Registry (السجل العقاري), and seek independent legal advice before entering into any transaction.
5. Acceptable use
Do not post false, misleading, fraudulent, duplicate, or unlawful content; do not impersonate others; and do not misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt it. We may suspend or remove accounts and content that breach these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sukoon Properties is not liable for losses arising from reliance on listings, dealings between users, or interruptions to the service. Your dealings with other users are solely between you and them.
