This policy explains what personal data Sukoon Properties collects and how we use it. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service.
What we collect
Your email address; your name if you provide it; the details and images of any property you submit; messages you send us; and basic technical data needed to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
To provide your account and sign you in (via one-time email codes), to review and publish listings, to respond to your enquiries, and — only if you opt in — to send you news and new listings. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the platform, such as our email delivery provider (Resend) and our hosting and network providers, processing data on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law. Details in an approved listing (such as the description, location, and photos) are shown publicly once published.
Cookies
We use a single sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. If analytics are enabled, they are used in aggregate to understand and improve the site.
Your choices & rights
You can update your name and turn news emails on or off in your account at any time. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
